When returning, you have to repeat the entire process in reverse. 4. What a Private Car to Logan Actually Costs

A shared shuttle is priced per seat, so the headline number is multiplied by everyone traveling with you. A private car is priced per trip. ALVE point-to-point fares start at $90 for a sedan and $120 for an SUV from our nearest point, and the figure you see at booking is an exact fixed fare: tolls, parking, waiting time and Logan’s own airport fees ($15 pickup, $5.95 drop-off) are already inside it. No gratuity is ever added — tipping stays entirely at your discretion.

6. Who Should Still Take the Shuttle

Honestly: a solo traveler with time to spare, one bag and a station on the way is well served by a per-seat shuttle, and we will not pretend otherwise. Private service exists for the other trips — a family on a schedule, an early departure, a group with luggage, or a day with more than one stop in it. For that last case there is hourly service from $100 per hour for a sedan and $125 per hour for an SUV, with a two-hour minimum; each booked hour includes 20 miles, and going over adds an extra hour. Hourly rates are all-inclusive except gratuity. Child seats — infant, toddler and booster — are available as a paid add-on and are installed by your ALVE chauffeur.
