Limo stand pickup (standard)
For a standard pickup at any Logan terminal - A, B, C, or E - your chauffeur meets you at the Massport limo stand for your terminal (listed below) once you have collected your bags. You will receive the chauffeur's name and vehicle details before landing, and our dispatch team monitors every trip around the clock, so there is no circling the terminal or guessing which black SUV is yours.
Meet & Greet (inside the terminal)
If you prefer to be met inside, a greeter arranged by ALVE waits at baggage claim with a name sign and assists with luggage while your chauffeur waits with the vehicle at the limo stand. It costs $70 per greeting - request it in your booking notes or call dispatch at +1 (617) 440-2174 to add it, since it is not a selectable option in the online booking form.
Logan terminals and where your ride meets you
Massport publishes the limo stand location for each Logan terminal. For a standard pickup, your ALVE chauffeur waits at the stand assigned to your terminal:
- Terminal A: the lot across from the curb on the Arrivals (lower) level.
- Terminal B: curbside on the Departures (upper) level, between doors B-205 and B-208.
- Terminal C: follow signage to the Central Parking Garage; the limo stand is on the ground level.
- Terminal E: currently Lot 4 (as of September 2026).

Massport requires a limousine driver on the stand to remain in or by the vehicle until engaged for hire, and no driver may enter the terminal without the Authority's permission (740 CMR 23.06). That is why the chauffeur stays with the vehicle at the stand above, and why meeting you inside at baggage claim takes a separate greeter arranged by ALVE - see Meet & Greet above for the fee and how to request it.

Free waiting time is 60 minutes for flight pickups and 15 minutes for all other pickups. On airport pickups this starts from your actual landing time, tracked automatically as described above, not from your scheduled landing time. Waiting beyond the free time is billed at $1.50 per minute for a sedan and $2.50 per minute for an SUV.
