Most of our event work is arranged by an assistant or an event planner, not by the passenger. The account is built for that:

Guests are never asked to pay or tip. The evening ends when they step out of the car, and the paperwork arrives as one line on one invoice. What Each Venue Actually Allows
Venue access rules decide how an evening runs, and they differ more than most visitors expect. The short version, per venue:
Gillette Stadium
Limos cannot drop off at the stadium: vehicles must park on site and wait with the group. Reserved limo parking is $150. Plan the evening as a single hourly reservation.
TD Garden
No official drop-off zone at the entrance; garage event rate is $65 with a 6'8" height limit, which excludes most SUVs. We stage on the Nashua Street side.
Fenway Park
Lansdowne and Ipswich close on game days, and post-game egress through Kenmore is the real constraint. Pickup points shift by event; your chauffeur confirms the spot before the final out.
Encore Boston Harbor
Dedicated porte-cochere, the simplest pickup of the four. A frequent second stop after a downtown dinner and an overnight destination for visiting client groups.

What happens if the event runs long?
The chauffeur stays. Additional time bills at the same hourly rate in the same increment. There is no penalty rate and nothing to rebook.
Can guests be picked up from different locations?
Yes. Multiple pickups inside one reservation are normal for client entertainment. Send the addresses and the order; we build the timing around the venue's arrival window.
Do you handle groups larger than one vehicle?
Yes. Multi-vehicle movements run as a single reservation with one lead contact and one invoice, using our own fleet plus a vetted affiliate network for larger groups.
How far in advance should we book for a stadium event?
As soon as the date is confirmed. Major dates at Gillette Stadium and Fenway Park constrain the entire Boston car supply, not just ours.
