These terms apply to sedans and SUVs; Sprinter vans and larger group vehicles have longer cancellation windows, published on our Terms page. Flight delays are exempt, and flight cancellations are exempt when you contact us before the chauffeur has departed. ALVE is MA DPU licensed since 2018, Massport-authorized for Logan, insured to $1,000,000 CSL, staffed by W-2 chauffeurs background-screened by ALVE, and rated on Google.
