TD Garden Drop-off Reality
TD Garden has no official drop-off zone at the entrance. Since May 2025, rideshare pickups and drop-offs have been pushed to Merrimac Street from 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM daily, which on a Bruins or Celtics night means a crowded curb a block from the doors. The North Station Garage charges a $65 event rate and has a 6'8" height limit that excludes most SUVs, so driving yourself in a full-size vehicle is not a realistic option either.
A chauffeured pickup works differently. ALVE stages on the Nashua Street side of the building, away from the Merrimac Street rideshare scrum. Your chauffeur watches the event clock, moves into position before the final buzzer, and texts you the exact corner where the car is waiting. You walk out, the door is open, and you are moving while the app queues are still forming. For arrivals, we drop at the closest legal curb to your entrance and confirm the pickup plan before you go inside.

Under hourly as-directed service, one vehicle collects guests from multiple points, delivers everyone to the Garden, and stays on the clock nearby during the game.
That last part matters most. North Station egress after a sellout is chaotic: saturated rideshare zones, packed sidewalks, and a full arena emptying at once. A car that is already staged on the Nashua Street side beats any vehicle summoned into that crowd. Your chauffeur is watching the score, not waiting for a ping. Where the chauffeur meets you
You are not parking, so the garages under and around the arena are not your problem. The chauffeur stays in contact and the pickup point is agreed as the crowd starts to move, which matters more here than at most venues because the station traffic is leaving at the same time.
